The villa
A modern villa on one level in the Valle d'Itria countryside, set in extensive grounds. Large glass windows open the living spaces to the garden, and a glass enclosed garden room is cooled in summer and heated in winter.

Five double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Four are in the main house, one with a bathtub and one with an extra single bed; the fifth is in an annex on the lower level by the pool. An open plan living and dining area with guest bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen.
Outside
A heated saltwater pool of 15 by 5 m, 1.5 m deep, with a paved sun terrace. An outdoor kitchen and dining area with wood fired oven and barbecue, an outdoor lounge, a covered fitness area behind the pool and a private children's playground.
