A 15th century palazzo on the Grand Canal, restored as four apartments over four floors for up to 26 guests, joined by a lift and a grand marble staircase. Restored ceiling paintings, terrazzo floors and Venetian reception rooms.

The Piano Nobile, 500 sqm over two floors, has a canal view living room, a dining room for 20, a chef's kitchen and five en suite doubles. Canal Grande, 240 sqm, has four doubles and an eat in kitchen facing Rialto. Terrazzetta, 90 sqm, has two doubles and a canal view balcony. Rialto, a 170 sqm beamed loft, has two doubles and a twin. A fitness centre serves all.
Outside
Balconies over the Grand Canal, a private terrace in the Rialto loft looking at the bridge, and a rooftop terrace for sunset aperitifs. Guests can arrive by boat at the private pontoon.
Location
On the Grand Canal between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, with restaurants within 400 m on foot. Murano is 7 km by water and Venice Marco Polo Airport 13 km.
