A two part living room, one side for reading, the other opening to a view over the rooftops, leads to the dining area and a professional kitchen. Four doubles, each with an en suite bathroom and large shower, one with a bathtub; one bedroom adds a double sofa bed for two more guests.

A private altana, the traditional Venetian roof terrace, furnished with sofas and chairs in bold red stripes, for morning coffee and evening aperitifs above the city.

In a quiet corner of central Venice, 450 m on foot from Piazza San Marco. Murano is 5 km and the Lido 7 km by water; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 14 km.
