The villa
A contemporary lakeside estate at Torno: a main house, a detached house on the shore and a gym and art studio, linked by manicured terraces. Two caretakers live in the gate house, and a private path leads into the village.
Inside
The main house has a living and dining room, a lounge, TV room and kitchen, a sauna with cold plunge, and seven bedrooms: a master with lake balcony, a junior master with fireplace, three further doubles, a twin and a bunk room for children. The house on the shore adds a double and a mezzanine twin, a kitchen, games room and cinema room.
Outside
A 15 by 4 m infinity pool, heated to 28°C from June to September, with sun loungers and wide lake views. Panoramic terraces carry dining and lounge areas, a Jacuzzi for four and a relaxation area for massages. The private dock serves swimmers, and boats and water taxis can collect guests there.
Location
Around 350 to 550 m from the centre of Torno, a two minute walk by the private path. Blevio 3 km, Como 8 km, Bellagio 24 km. Lugano airport 40 km, Milan Malpensa airport 57 km.
