The villa
A light filled contemporary house directly on the shore of Lake Como, finished in soft beige with touches of sky blue. Many bedroom windows are portholes with cushioned sills, and every bedroom has soundproof glazing. A lift serves all floors.
Inside
Nine double bedrooms for 18 guests over four floors. The ground floor holds an open plan living and dining room and a professional kitchen. The first floor has two lakefront suites, two lakefront doubles (one can be twins) and a street side double. Two lakefront suites and a study occupy the second floor; the top floor loft has two further suites and a sitting room.
Outside
An infinity pool looks over the lake from a paved deck with sun loungers, heated on request from May to September. A lakefront dining terrace and outdoor lounge catch the sunset, and a private dock gives direct access to the water.

On the lake about 1 km on foot from the village of Carate Urio, a 15 minute walk. Moltrasio 4 km, Cernobbio 5 km, Como 10 km. Lugano airport 39 km, Milan Malpensa airport 56 km.
