The villa
A 19th century house of three storeys with a sleek façade, approached by a long tree lined drive through landscaped gardens, with an independent annex. Built for company: a library with fireplace, a games room and generous grounds.
Inside
Nine bedrooms for 18 guests. The main house has a double living room, dining room, kitchen, library with fireplace and a games room with billiards, table football and table tennis, plus six bedrooms: four doubles, a triple and a twin, some sharing bathrooms. The annex has three doubles, each en suite, with its own kitchen and living room.
Outside
The 23 by 8 m pool, up to 3 m deep, is reached by a gentle stone stair and has a Jacuzzi for six with a cascade set in a stone wall. Sun beds, outdoor showers, underground changing rooms, a veranda for dining and a private pier with small boats and canoes.

600 m, a 10 minute walk, from Annone di Brianza, with Lecco golf club 2.5 km away. Erba 10 km, Lecco 13 km, Como 24 km. Bergamo airport 48 km, Milan Linate airport 49 km.
