A 12 x 3.5 m infinity pool with a paved, furnished poolside. Beside it, a shaded pergola covers a natural marble dining table and barbecue, next to an organic vegetable garden. An outdoor lounge and outdoor shower complete the garden.

In the countryside 6 km from Ostuni and 5 km from Carovigno, with shops about five minutes by car. San Domenico Golf Club is about 30 km and Brindisi Airport 35 km.
