The villa
A 650 sqm house furnished in Biedermeier style, high on the Bellagio peninsula in twelve hectares of botanical and architectural gardens, with lake and Grigna mountain views. A guest house by the pool, and a housekeeper living in a secluded annexe.

Heated Pool
Pool heating is available in April, May and September at an additional cost, depending on temperature and weather conditions. To reach a water temperature of 27°C, it may be necessary to switch on the heater 48 hours before guests’ arrival in mild weather. If the weather is colder, the minimum required heating time is 48–72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum of 14 hours of heating per day is needed to maintain the temperature. If the outside temperature falls below 16 degrees, it may be difficult to reach the optimal water temperature.
