The villa
A former brick workshop from 1737, carefully restored on more than an acre of grounds among vineyards and olive groves. Cotto floors and beamed ceilings meet relaxed modern furnishings, with a kitchen of rustic cabinetry and Carrara marble.
Inside
Living and formal dining rooms with a fireplace, and a well equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms with king size beds on the ground floor; upstairs, two doubles and a twin. All six have en suite bathrooms. A fitness room and a wellness area with a Finnish sauna, colour therapy and a multisensory shower.

A stone swimming pool with sun loungers and a jetted tub, outdoor living and dining areas, a barbecue, a bocce court and table tennis, all facing the hills and the towers of San Gimignano.
