The villa
A traditional 18th century farmhouse near Castiglioncello del Trinoro, renovated with contemporary flair: white walls, bursts of colour from an eclectic art collection and a modern fireplace, set in more than two hectares of land.
Inside
Ground floor: two living areas, a dining area and a modern kitchen, plus two doubles with their own garden, one en suite with shower, one with bathtub. A grand staircase leads to four doubles, each with an en suite bathroom with tub. All beds are king size and can become twins. A gym completes the house.
Outside
A 15 x 5 m infinity pool, 2 m deep and unheated, with sun loungers and views across the Val d'Orcia, and a pool bathroom with changing room. Several pergola shaded dining areas, a barbecue, a pizza oven, a vegetable garden, an orchard and table tennis.

In the countryside a few kilometres from Sarteano. Chianciano Terme is 15 km, Pienza and Montepulciano 27 km, Montalcino 41 km. Perugia Airport is 77 km, Florence Airport 143 km.
