The villa
The main part of a country house on the hill above Porto Ercole, between two 16th century Spanish fortresses. A flowering garden and a broad terrace open onto the sea, with fine fabrics and premium linens inside.
Inside
Two floors. On the ground floor, a living area with two sitting areas, an arch into a bright dining room for eight, and a well equipped kitchen, with a sea view master and a garden view double. Below, two sea facing doubles open onto the terrace. All four have en suite shower rooms; three convert to twins.
Outside
An 8 x 4 m saltwater pool, open May to October, on a large terrace with a sundeck of loungers and sofas. Several outdoor dining areas, one shaded by a large umbrella, a covered patio with sofas and a dining table, and a garden full of flowers.
Location
On the hill 1.5 km from the centre of Porto Ercole, four minutes by car or 25 on foot. Le Viste beach is a three minute walk from the gate. Orbetello is 8 km, Argentario Golf Club 8 km. Rome Fiumicino airport is 141 km.
