The villa

An open plan living area in green and orange tones with a fireplace, and a kitchen with a marble topped island, pantry and laundry. On either side of the living space, two doubles with king beds and two twins, each with an en suite bathroom.
Outside
A 12 x 6 m pool in front of the villa, on a lawn edged with oleander, plumbago, roses and bougainvillea. A terrace, outdoor lounge and dining table with barbecue. A private path leads about 300 m to the beach, where guests have their own cabana.

In the pinewood 1 km from the village of Marina di Bibbona. Cecina is 10 km, Bolgheri 11 km and Castagneto Carducci 16 km. Pisa airport is 67 km.
