The villa
A country property of two houses among vineyards a few kilometres from the sea, near Castiglione della Pescaia. The South House, with the pool, is let for up to ten guests; the North House can be added for larger groups.
Inside
The South House has a living room with fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and a guest bathroom on the ground floor, with a double en suite. Upstairs, a double with terrace; below, a double, a twin and a bunk room, each en suite, plus a laundry. One double in the North House is included; its other rooms open for larger parties.
Outside
A 14 x 5 m pool with loungers, and a covered area with outdoor shower and barbecue. A veranda for dining and lounging off the living room, terraces, and a garden with views over countryside, sea and lake.
Location
In the vineyards 7 km from Castiglione della Pescaia, where the pharmacy is, and 21 km from Grosseto. Follonica is 27 km. Pisa airport is 147 km.
