The villa
A contemporary house with a separate dépendance, high on a hill near Civitanova Alta, set in eight acres among rolling hills and old vineyards, with uninterrupted views of the Adriatic. Bespoke finishes throughout.

Main house: a living area with floor to ceiling windows onto the garden, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a cloakroom and laundry. Upstairs, three doubles with king size beds and en suite shower rooms; the master has a walk in closet and a small sea view terrace. The dépendance holds a kitchen and a fourth double with terrace and en suite shower room.
Outside
A 21 x 6 m pool with jacuzzi, a sundeck with loungers and a gazebo. A pool house with kitchenette, bar, dining area and gym. A yoga studio, lounge areas, a pergola for dining, pizza oven and barbecue. Tennis court on request.
