The villa
A contemporary 600 sq m house high on a hill in the Marche countryside, among olive groves and old vineyards, with views over the Adriatic. Bespoke finishes and contemporary décor over four floors.

Ground floor: living room with floor to ceiling windows, dining room, TV room, kitchen, gym, spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, laundry and two cloakrooms. First floor: a lounge with fireplace and terrace, and three doubles. Second floor: three doubles with private terraces. The attic holds a second kitchen and a seventh double. Every bedroom has an en suite shower room.
Outside
A heated infinity pool, 6 x 12 m, on a secluded terrace facing the Adriatic, with a sundeck and pergola. The garden has lounge areas, a fire pit, a formal dining terrace, barbecue, pizza oven and a yoga deck. A tennis court is available on request.

In the hills 23 km from Macerata and 43 km from Ancona. Marche Airport, Ancona, is 50 km away.
