A contemporary villa designed by Massimiliano Fuksas at Is Molas, near Pula, set in a quiet Mediterranean garden. The main house and two dépendances are linked by an inner garden, with views to the sea and the golf course.
Inside
The main villa has a bright living and dining area, a kitchen with a large table and a guest bathroom; upstairs are two doubles and a single, each with an en suite shower room. One dépendance holds a single with shower room, the other a double with a bathtub.
Outside
A 100 square metre pool with a Jacuzzi and deckchairs, a garden with a pond, and a pergola sheltering dining and lounge areas. The first floor terrace looks over the sea and the golf course.

About 1.2 km from the centre of Is Molas and close to the Is Molas Golf Club. Pula and the Nora archaeological park are 5 km away, Chia 16 km. Cagliari airport is 41 km.
