The villa
A contemporary villa by the architect Massimiliano Fuksas, set in a Mediterranean garden among rolling hills and meadows near Pula. Floor to ceiling windows, two levels and space for four guests make it an intimate, private retreat.
Inside
The ground floor opens into a living room with sofas and armchairs, an open plan kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub, and a guest bathroom. A short flight of steps leads to the second double, with an en suite shower room. There is also a laundry room.
Outside
A 40 sqm pool with hydromassage, 0.90 to 1.65 m deep, is framed by a furnished poolside area and countryside views. Under a pergola in the garden are an outdoor dining and lounge area. The upstairs bedroom opens onto a terrace with a wellness area and Jacuzzi. Covered parking for two cars.
Location
In the Is Molas area, about 1 km from the Is Molas Golf Club and 1.2 km from the centre of Is Molas. Pula and Nora are 5 km away, Nora Beach 6 km, Chia 16 km, and Cagliari Elmas Airport 41 km.
