The villa
A contemporary villa designed by Massimiliano Fuksas among gentle hills and green meadows near Pula, pairing Italian tradition with a clean modern line. Three buildings and a private garden keep the house quiet and entirely private.
Inside
On the ground floor, a light filled living room, an open plan kitchen with dining area, a study, a guest bathroom and a double bedroom with en suite shower room. An external staircase leads to two further doubles, one with a shower room and one with a bathtub. There is also a laundry room.
Outside
A 40 sqm pool, 0.90 to 1.65 m deep, sits within a paved poolside area looking over the countryside. The garden holds an outdoor dining and lounge area for long sunset dinners, and the upstairs bedrooms open onto a large terrace with its own lounge. Covered parking for two cars.

In the Is Molas area, about 1 km from the Is Molas Golf Club and 1.2 km from the centre of Is Molas. Pula and Nora are 5 km away, Nora Beach 6 km, Chia 16 km, and Cagliari Elmas Airport 41 km.
