The villa
A four storey house above Lake Como at Mezzegra, restored with contemporary interiors in light colours and set in 11,000 sqm of garden. A lift joins every floor; a manager, chef and night guardian look after the house, with breakfast included.

Nine bedrooms: the top suite has a round king bed, walk in wardrobe and a double balcony over the Gulf of Venus; others have lake balconies or terrace access, several sharing bathrooms. A 90 sqm kitchen, two dining rooms, first floor living rooms, one with fireplace, a study, a gym and a fourth floor sitting room with roof terrace.
Outside
A 5 by 10 m indoor heated pool beside the gym, a 250 sqm terrace over the garden, a pergola dining area for twelve off the kitchen, a barbecue, and a court for tennis, football and volleyball. A rooftop cottage with its own bedroom, kitchenette and lake view can be added.

In Mezzegra, part of Tremezzina on the western shore, less than 2 km from Villa del Balbianello. Lenno 2 km, Bellagio and Menaggio 9 km by road, Como 26 km. Milan Malpensa airport 75 km.
