The largest, 200 sqm on two floors, has a living room facing the Basilica of Santa Croce, a study, a kitchen, three doubles and a guest bathroom. The others, of 60 to 70 sqm, hold one or two doubles, a kitchen and a sofa bed each. Seven doubles in all, with three sofa beds for six more.
Outside
Three of the apartments have their own terrace over the rooftops of Florence, one looking out to the hills beyond the city.

In the historic centre by Santa Croce, about 1.3 km on foot from the Duomo, inside the limited traffic zone; a partner garage is nearby. Florence Airport is 11 km away, Siena 75 km and San Gimignano 56 km.
