The villa
A restored five bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of a Renaissance palazzo, designed by a noted Italian interior designer. A mirror lined lift or a vaulted staircase rises from the columned entrance hall; above, a roof garden looks over Florence.

A double height living and dining room with a fireplace, an eat in kitchen and a powder room. Suite one has a marble bathroom with a steam shower and a bath on a loft reached by stairs; suite two a mezzanine sitting room. A twin, a double and an upper floor double complete the house, all en suite; a study has a single sofa bed.
Outside
French doors lead from the living room to a furnished terrace and roof garden, shared with both suites, overlooking the rooftops of the historic centre.

In the heart of Florence, a few steps from Piazza della Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio; the Uffizi and the Duomo are a short walk. A private garage is included. Florence Airport is 8 km away and Fiesole 10 km.
