The villa
A villa perched on a cliff above the Adriatic, just outside Castro. Bright interiors open onto terraces and gardens, and the pool looks straight out to sea.
Inside
Five bedrooms over two floors: two doubles and three twins that convert to doubles, with five bathrooms. On the raised floor, the kitchen and a light filled living area, an en suite double and a twin with its own shower room across the hall. On the lower ground floor, a double and two twins, all en suite.
Outside
A 12 by 7 m pool, 1.8 m deep on average, with panoramic sea views and a broad paved sun terrace. A pergola shades the dining table, beside an outdoor lounge and barbecue in the garden. A private path leads directly to the sea over natural rocks.
Location
About 3 km from Castro and Castro Marina, a 20 minute walk or four minutes by car. The Grotta Zinzulusa sea cave is nearby, the wineries of Castel di Salve 9 km. Daily maid service is included.
