An infinity pool, 4.5 x 8 m, with a panoramic lake view. A covered terrace under the sloping roof, on columns, holds a dining table and barbecue. There is an outdoor shower and a small fitness area with a multigym and treadmill. Gated parking for three cars.

1.2 km, a 15 minute walk, from the centre of Meina. Arona is 5 km, Lesa 6 km and Stresa 15 km. Milan Malpensa Airport is 42 km away.
