A spacious living area with an antique fireplace, a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, with a balcony overlooking the lake. Three doubles with French beds and a twin, each with an en suite bathroom. On request, an independent guest cottage adds two beds and a bathroom.

An 80,000 sq m park extends to the water's edge. On the estate: a swimming pool with furnished poolside, tennis courts, a private nine hole golf course and a gym, with dinghies, canoes and bicycles available to guests.

On the lakeshore at Lesa, with cafés, shops and the railway station nearby. Arona is 7 km, Stresa 11 km and Orta San Giulio 22 km. Milan Malpensa Airport is 45 km away.
