The villa
A 17th century residence of 400 sq m that has served as watchtower, noble home and wine estate. Restored over five years by Tuscan craftsmen: handmade terracotta, chestnut beams, pietra serena, vaulted ceilings and a wine cellar carved into the rock.
Inside
A dining room with piano and decorative fireplace, an everyday kitchen and a grand kitchen below, and a lower floor living room. Five doubles named by colour, all en suite: the ground floor Ivory Room with four poster and garden access, the Pink Room with balcony, the Green Room with bathtub, and the Blue Room under the roof. A fitness area fills the old cantina.
Outside
A panoramic main terrace over the valley. On the lower terrace, an 11 x 5 m infinity pool with paved sun deck, loungers and shaded gazebo. A long table under the pergola seats everyone, beside the original stone barbecue, in an acre of gardens.

On a hillside 600 m from the medieval centre of Radda in Chianti. Castellina in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti are 11 km, Siena 43 km and Florence 50 km. Florence airport is 63 km and Pisa airport 107 km.
