A 19th century summer residence of an aristocratic family, set in a 10 hectare park of olive trees, vineyards and cultivated terraces in the Valdinievole hills above Montecatini Terme. Antique furnishings, beams and frescoes meet modern design.
Inside
An ancient solid wood door opens onto a reception area and a lounge with a stone fireplace. On the first floor, a living room with an antique piano, a large dining table, a kitchen with Carrara marble worktops opening to the garden, and a study with a double sofa bed. Above, four doubles and a twin, each with a private shower room.
Outside
A 15 x 5 m pool set among the trees, lawns with comfortable seating for dining outdoors, a stone barbecue and a mobile one, and terraced parkland with views over the countryside.

In the Valdinievole hills overlooking Montecatini Terme, 8 km away. Collodi is 13 km, Pistoia 25 km, Lucca 35 km and Florence 70 km. Pisa airport is 64 km and Florence airport 50 km.
