Capri
A heated infinity pool aligned with the horizon, directly above the Faraglioni, a few steps from Via Tragara.
The villa
An architect designed house of about 300 sqm above the Faraglioni, just off Via Tragara. Mediterranean in spirit and contemporary in finish: travertine floors, floor to ceiling windows and premium materials that draw the sea into every room.
Inside
An open living area with sea views flows into a modern open kitchen. Three double bedrooms are all en suite: two with showers, and the master with a full marble bathroom, a free standing bath, a separate shower and a double basin carved from a single slab. Two further bathrooms complete the house.
Outside
Terraces open on both sides of the house. The heated infinity pool is framed by a generous sun deck, beside an outdoor dining area. A rooftop terrace with a bar faces the sunset, and a gym stands outdoors under a pergola, looking over the sea.
Location
Steps from Via Tragara, less than 1 km from the Piazzetta and about 1 km from the Gardens of Augustus, Marina Piccola and the Pizzolungo coastal path. Anacapri and Villa San Michele are 3 km away. Naples Capodichino Airport is 44 km away.
