The villa
A historic Caprese style house on the hillside of Anacapri, white inside and out, finished in natural stone and antique majolica. A generous lawn and olive trees surround it, with views over Monte Solaro and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Inside
A bright dining area opens into a sitting area with a large bookcase; a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry and a guest bathroom. Four bedrooms, three doubles and a twin of about 20 m², each with an en suite shower room, plus a child's single bed in the living room. Maximum seven guests.
Outside
A 9.5 x 3.8 m pool with a Jacuzzi corner, heatable on request, and sun loungers facing the sea. A large table for al fresco dining, a lounge patio, an outdoor shower and a lush garden. Parking for two cars.
Location
About 800 m from the Piazzetta of Anacapri; a pedestrian entrance shortens the walk. The Monte Solaro chairlift is 1 km, Villa San Michele 1.6 km, and the Blue Grotto and the Piazzetta of Capri 4 km; Naples airport is 42 km.
