The villa
A two bedroom apartment on the third floor of a historic palazzo on the banks of the Arno, served by a lift. It has been restored with Florentine craftsmanship: marble, grey wooden boiserie made by local artisans and a kitchen in deep burgundy tones.
Inside
A bright corridor divides the apartment. On one side, the classic kitchen with marble finishes and a living room with an oval marble table for six and a sofa that converts into a single bed. On the other, two double bedrooms (the second can be twins on request), each with an en suite marble bathroom and walk in shower, facing a quiet inner courtyard.
Outside
There is no private outdoor space. The bedrooms look over terracotta rooftops to the bell tower and dome of Santo Spirito, and the Lungarno walk begins at the front door.

In the Santo Spirito district, 500 m from Piazza Santo Spirito, 800 m from the Boboli Gardens, 850 m from Palazzo Pitti and 1 km from the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and the Duomo. Florence Peretola Airport is 11 km, Pisa Airport 80 km.
