The upper level, lit by nine windows, holds the lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Below, the master has a queen size bed, original 19th century details and a marble en suite with walk in shower; the second bedroom, twin or queen, looks to the hills and has its own shower room. Reached by 86 steps, with no lift.
Outside
A north facing rooftop balcony frames the Duomo. The larger terrace, set for dining, looks over Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria across the terracotta rooftops.
