The villa

Sleeps 30 in 15 bedrooms. The 250 sq m manor house: five en suite doubles, sitting room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with its own fireplace. The hayloft: four doubles with private bathrooms. The kiln: two apartments of two bedrooms, one adapted for guests with disabilities. A single storey cottage: two en suite doubles, underfloor heating.
Outside
A 15 x 8 m pool looks over the hills. A small lake lies beside the kiln apartments. There is a padel court, a five a side football pitch, a gym, table tennis and a playground, and the grounds can host weddings and celebrations on request.

In the hills 3 km from Montaione and 4 km from Gambassi Terme. Castelfalfi and its golf course are 9 km, San Gimignano 18 km, Volterra 26 km. Pisa Airport is 61 km, Florence Airport 60 km.
