The villa
A 16th century estate once owned by Duke Simone Vincenzo Velluti Zati di San Clemente, with a main house at the top of a long, steep drive and three guesthouses. Fountains, sculpture and an oversized chess set by the pool; house kitchen with staff.
Inside
Sleeps 32 in 16 double bedrooms. The main house: nine doubles, eight bathrooms (seven en suite), two living rooms and a dining room for 18. The Red House, a former carpenter's workshop: three doubles, two bathrooms. The farmhouse: three doubles above a glass fronted limonaia kitchen. The Chalet: a high ceilinged studio for two with kitchenette.
Outside
A heated main pool with a furnished poolside area and a sweeping view, plus a separate pool at the Red House. A loggia seats 32, and there is a terrace, tennis court, playground, outdoor dining areas, a lake, stables nearby and woodland walks among vineyards and olive trees.

In the hills above Figline Valdarno, south of Florence. Florence is 33 km, Greve in Chianti 27 km, Arezzo 54 km. Florence Airport is 45 km, Pisa Airport 113 km.
