The villa
A grand farmhouse and guest house on one of Italy's largest estates, among vineyards, olive groves and cypress lined paths outside Casole d'Elsa. The estate dates to the 10th century and has hosted European aristocracy and film stars; rustic character, modern comfort.

The main house: a dining room, the estate's largest kitchen with a seated island, a second dining area, a living room and guest bathroom; three bedrooms upstairs and three on the second floor, each en suite with double basins, with sitting rooms between. The guest house: a twin and a double, both en suite. Lift.
Outside
A heated infinity pool lined with glass tiles, with a furnished poolside and panoramic views. The living areas open onto a shaded pergola for dining; there is a wood burning oven, a barbecue, and outdoor lounge areas. The guest house has its own dining area and a small terrace.
