The villa
A historic castle residence among vineyards and olive groves, owned over the ages by prominent Florentine families and carefully restored by its present owner. Classic Tuscan interiors and terraces facing the hills around Florence. A caretaker lives in the adjoining annex; housekeeping on weekdays.

Eight bedrooms for 16 over three floors: five king size doubles and three twins. Ground floor: kitchen, two living rooms, two dining rooms and an accessible en suite double. First floor: two doubles and a twin, all en suite. Second floor: a reading room, a double, a 114 sq m master suite, and two twins sharing a bathroom.
Outside
A large terrace holds a 12 x 8 m infinity pool, open May to September and heatable on request, looking over the hills around Florence. A lawn of loungers and deckchairs, a generous garden, and several shaded spots for lunch, reading or a siesta.

In the hills of Bagno a Ripoli, 17 km from Florence, about 35 minutes by car, and 6 km from the Ugolino golf club. Greve in Chianti is 15 km. Florence Airport is 38 km, Pisa Airport 98 km.
