The villa
A contemporary villa of 220 sqm within a five star resort on the Bay of Syracuse, set in a Mediterranean garden of about 1,500 sqm. Guests have the privacy of their own house and full use of the resort's facilities.

On the ground floor, a living room facing the first pool, an open plan kitchen, living and dining area facing the second, two guest bathrooms and a double with en suite bathroom and freestanding bathtub. Upstairs, a double with large en suite shower room and its own sitting area. Three double sofa beds sleep six more.
Outside
Two private pools, each 11 by 2 m, with large sun decks and loungers. An outdoor lounge area sits within the fenced garden. The resort adds a sandy beach, a pool area, spa, fitness area, bars and restaurants.
