A hot tub for up to three, heated and included, sits on a paved sun deck with loungers. Wide patios and terraces look out to the countryside and sea, and a patio holds an outdoor lounge and dining area overlooking the tub. Barbecue. Parking for two cars.

In the countryside 4 km from Noto, a 10 minute drive. Lido di Noto is 6 km away, the Vendicari Nature Reserve 11 km, Marzamemi 21 km and Catania Fontanarossa Airport 86 km, as is Comiso Airport.
