The villa
A restored farmhouse and dépendance within its own vineyard and woodland, reached through a lit stone and iron gate. Beds and furniture are handcrafted by local artisans; generous reading armchairs, a pillow menu and guest robes set the relaxed tone.
Inside
Nine en suite rooms. The main house: six doubles upstairs beside a media room with fireplace, one convertible to twin, and an office with double sofa bed below; a living room with fireplace, Parisian bar, wine cellar, gourmet kitchen and dining room with audio visual set up. The dépendance: two doubles above a Roman spa and a catering kitchen.
Outside
A heated saltwater infinity pool with Jacuzzi corner and a furnished poolside with its own bar. A loggia seats 20 for dinner, beside a wood fired pizza oven, a bocce court, herb and vegetable gardens and a stone terrace joining the two houses. The spa adds saunas and a large Jacuzzi.

In the Chianti countryside between Florence and Siena, 10 km from Castellina in Chianti. San Gimignano is 27 km, Siena 35 km, Florence 46 km. Florence Airport is 47 km, Pisa Airport 98 km.
