The villa
A grand 17th century manor house among rolling hills and meadows, restored with antique furniture and original frescoes, the Balze del Valdarno behind. A private garden and a romantic park of monumental trees surround it. Daily concierge and housekeeping; staff live in an adjacent apartment.

Nine double bedrooms, all convertible to twins and all en suite, on the first floor with a frescoed living room with fireplace and a second sitting area. The ground floor has a large dining hall, a reading room, a kitchen, the original chapel, suitable for symbolic ceremonies, and a museum of over 300 objects of Tuscan rural life.
Outside
A 16 x 8 m pool with a furnished poolside, a panoramic terrace off the living room overlooking the countryside, and a park of monumental trees. Tennis court, barbecue, and parking for 10 cars within the park.

In the countryside between Figline Valdarno, 4 km away, and Reggello, 7 km. Shops and a restaurant are 2.5 km. Greve in Chianti is 23 km, Florence 43 km, Arezzo 48 km. Florence Airport is 53 km, Pisa Airport 113 km.
