The villa
A large 14th century stone farmhouse with a guest house and an annex, set in a landscaped garden with its own small vineyard. Views run across vineyards, olive groves and cypress lined roads in every direction. Housekeeping five days a week.
Inside
Sleeps 22. The main house has eight doubles over three floors, including a duplex suite, with two kitchens, one with a pizza oven, a living room, study, wine cellar and TV and games room. The guest house has two doubles, a living area and kitchenette; the 45 sq m annex studio a king size bed and walk in wardrobe.
Outside
A 12 x 6 m infinity pool, heatable on request, with a paved sun terrace and a pool house with ice machine and fridge, open mid April to early November. A pergola shades a dining table for 30; the guest house has its own panoramic terrace. Covered outdoor gym and barbecue.

About 4 km from Castellina in Chianti, with shops and restaurants. Monteriggioni is 14 km, Siena 29 km, Florence 52 km. Florence Airport is 54 km, Pisa Airport 105 km.
