The villa
A contemporary single storey apartment a few kilometres from the centre of Florence, with private access and parking behind an electric barrier. Bright, modern and quiet, set within a generous garden.
Inside
An open plan living and dining area with a sofa, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, and one double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) with an en suite shower room. A second bathroom with shower completes the apartment. Sleeps two.
Outside
A large hot tub for up to five people, open in high season, sits in the garden alongside a large gazebo, a barbecue area, two sun loungers and a parasol. A laundry area and two bicycles are provided.
Location
Near the Arno, 450 m from Chalet Fontana and a 13 minute drive from the Duomo. Florence Airport is 13 km, Pisa Airport 81 km, Siena 70 km.
