The villa
A contemporary house on the shore at Ossuccio, looking straight across to Isola Comacina. Full height windows, linen coloured fabrics, natural wood and kerlite bathrooms keep the rooms calm and filled with light.
Inside
An open plan ground floor with kitchen, a large dining area and a living room opening onto a furnished veranda. Three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs, and two independent suites in the converted former portico, each en suite with lake facing windows and a minibar.
Outside
A saltwater pool sits just above the shoreline, lit at night, with a furnished sun deck and a shower room beside it. A garden path runs down to the private pier, with a small beach to one side. A back gate opens onto a path and stair into the village.

In Ossuccio, less than 1 km from the centre, and a five minute walk to the boats for Isola Comacina at Sala Comacina. Lenno 2 km, Tremezzo 5 km, Bellagio by ferry. Milan Malpensa airport 70 km, Milan Linate airport 87 km.
