The villa
A contemporary house of minimal, comfortable décor on the Bellagio peninsula, reached by a private drive from the road. Large windows and glass doors open onto manicured gardens and wide views of Lake Como and the Alps.
Inside
Five bedrooms over three floors for ten guests. The ground floor has an open plan living and dining room, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a king double and a twin, both with their own garden entrance, and two bathrooms. Upstairs are two king doubles, a twin, two bathrooms and a lake view terrace. Below: a small gym and laundry.
Outside
A 9 by 4 m pool with Jacuzzi, a separate hot tub for four and a furnished sun deck. A terrace looks over the lake to the Alps, and the gardens hold several outdoor lounge areas.
