One open space: a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) set behind an elegant room divider, a sofa that serves as a third bed, a dining table and a modern kitchenette with Nespresso machine. A generous bathroom with a large shower. Sleeps two, plus one. There is no lift.

In the historic centre, a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella station, the Fortezza da Basso and the Leopolda. A pharmacy is 50 m away, a trattoria 150 m. Florence Airport is 8 km, Pisa Airport 80 km, Siena 75 km.
