The villa
A former convent between the Val di Chiana and the Val d'Orcia, restored as a main house and annex. Seven suites, each styled differently with antique and handmade furniture, fine fabrics, beamed ceilings and travertine bathrooms.

A living area with fireplace opening onto the veranda, a kitchen and a dining area. Three rooms of about 20 sqm, one accessible on the annex ground floor; three king size junior suites of about 30 sqm; and the 40 sqm tower suite with a sofa bed. A gym opens onto a heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi; a billiard room in the annex.
Outside
A 12 x 6 m pool with sun loungers, a generous veranda with outdoor dining and a lounge area, gardens with countryside views and an ancient wood burning oven.

In the hills about 5 km from Sarteano and 6 km from Chianciano Terme. Montepulciano is 16 km, Pienza 26 km. Florence Airport is 141 km, Rome Fiumicino 197 km.
