The villa
A restored neo Gothic residence between the Val di Chiana and the Val d'Orcia, surrounded by olive groves. Each room was designed by its owner, an interior designer: wooden floors, marble bathrooms and rich reds, blending classic Tuscan and country style.

A grand entrance hall, a sitting room with fireplace and library, a dining room, a sitting area, a TV room, a kitchen and a guest bathroom. Seven en suite doubles: four king rooms on the first floor, among them a honeymoon suite with dressing room and balcony, and three more above, two with French beds for children. A top floor spa with Turkish bath, sauna, massage room and gym.
Outside
A private Italian park of classic Tuscan planting, an 11 x 5 m pool, heatable at extra cost, with sun loungers and country views, and a large gazebo for outdoor dining and lounging. Table tennis and a barbecue.

In the countryside 5 km from Chiusi, three minutes by car from a supermarket, bar and restaurant. Montepulciano is 18 km, Pienza 29 km. Florence Airport is 139 km, Rome Fiumicino 187 km.
