The villa
A traditional Tuscan farmhouse built around a tower, restored with natural materials, with a separate dépendance. It stands on an organic farm producing natural wine, with cellar visits on request, and has views of the countryside and Siena.
Inside
Ground floor: a kitchen with a large table, a sitting room with fireplace and a guest bathroom, opening to the terrace. First floor: an en suite double, and a double and a bunk room sharing a shower room. At the top of the tower, an en suite double with a mezzanine bed. The dépendance is one open space with two double beds, a lounge, a kitchenette and shower room.
Outside
An 11 x 6 m pool, 1 to 2 m deep, 30 m from the house, with sun loungers. A 2.5 m square hot tub, a terrace sloping down to the garden, and outdoor dining and lounge areas.

In the countryside 14 km from Siena, with a bar and restaurant 1 km away and a supermarket 1.5 km. Royal Golf La Bagnaia is 12 km, San Gimignano 41 km. Florence Airport is 79 km.
