Four villas of 200 to 250 sqm, each on two floors with a sitting room, a dining room with fireplace, a professional kitchen, a laundry and an upstairs living room. Sixteen bedrooms in all, many with balconies, with twelve bathrooms and four guest bathrooms; several master bathrooms have a Jacuzzi. Garage for two cars per villa.
Outside
A 16 m pool with loungers, deckchairs and large parasols, looking over the countryside. Each villa has its own outdoor kitchen with grill and a covered porch with a large dining table.

In the vineyards 2.2 km from Verduno. Alba is 10 km, Barolo 12 km and Barbaresco 19 km. Turin is 68 km; Turin airport is 100 km.
