The ground floor has a living room looking out to the pool, a modern kitchen, a dining room with a long table and bright chairs, a guest bathroom and a double with en suite shower. Upstairs, two more doubles, each with en suite, one with a bathtub. All beds are singles that join.

A 9 x 4 m infinity pool with a paved poolside and loungers, looking over the Roero hills. A private spa reached from the garden, with heated Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and sensory shower. Outdoor dining and a barbecue.
