The villa
A contemporary cliffside villa above the Tyrrhenian Sea, designed down to the last tile by its owners, both architects. Clean lines, geometric tiles and black and white photography, with views along the coast to the Aeolian Islands.
Inside
Four double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own individually designed bathroom. A crafted staircase leads up to an open plan kitchen and living room with fireplace, opening directly onto the terrace.
Outside
A large furnished terrace with dining table, lounge area, outdoor shower and a solarium with loungers. Steps lead down to a wooden platform and a gate giving private access to the sea.
Location
On the cliffs of Cefalù, close to the historic centre, its shops and restaurants, and a few minutes from the beaches of Mazzaforno. Palermo is 74 km, Palermo Airport 103 km and the ferries at Milazzo 147 km.
