The villa
A seaside estate of four residences for up to 22 guests, a main villa and three cottages, set in a botanical garden of Mediterranean and tropical plants, with palms from Australia, Florida, Madagascar and Mexico.

The main villa has a dining room with piano opening to a panoramic terrace, a living room with fireplace, two kitchens and five bedrooms: four doubles with sea view balconies and a twin, three en suite. Three cottages add a two bedroom house of 60 sqm, a two bedroom house of 70 sqm with sofa bed, and a studio for two.
Outside
A three tiered pool complex with cascades: a 20 x 8 m main pool, a whirlpool for 12 and a 6 x 3 m children's pool, heatable on request. A 180 sqm dining gazebo, a 12 x 6 m lotus pond, roof gardens and cottage patios. A skippered RIB and a rowing boat are available.
Location
In Trabia on the northern coast of Sicily, 50 m from the sea and 750 m from the village centre and its castle. Palermo is 32 km, Cefalù 41 km and Palermo Falcone Borsellino Airport 62 km.
